Excelente servicio, comida abundante, sabrosa y a buen precio. Un ambiente fresco y amplio. Convenientemente situado a la par de la carretera. En fin, 100% recomendado.Loved this place, I recommend it. Food is tasty, Nicaraguan delights galore. It is priced to sell. The open ambience gives an even more festive touch. The service, prompt, courteous, with a smile. Check it out if traveling through the Carazo Department.

Today 8/3/2022 I was at Martin Sardina Restaurant. Good service, country atmosphere and swimming pool. The food was very good. I ordered the slices with roast beef and roast pork. The beer was very good, it was cold.

When in Jinotepe, Carazo, Nicaragua; try Restaurante "Sardina" affordable prices, food taste fresh and great, Fry Plantain with fry cheese or fry pork, Shrimp cocktail is delicious, Soups Seafood and tail are both outstanding.I strongly recommend this place,Ps: there is free use if a nice pool when in the restaurant.
